  EMEA package for delegates: € 350 per person (including Thursday welcome drink and welcome dinner; Friday full-day EMEA Meeting at the Fourvière Hotel Conference Room, including coffee breaks and buffet lunch, Dinner in Bistrot de Lyon; Saturday half day guided tour)

  EMEA package for accompanying persons: € 320 per person (including Thursday welcome drink and welcome dinner; Friday Perfume Creation workshop, Lunch break in Grand Café des Négociants, Dinner in Bistrot de Lyon; Saturday half day guided tour)

  To register for the EMEA, you need to take the following steps:

  1. register yourself (and accompanying persons if applicable)

  2. transfer the money and send us a proof of payment

  3. book your accommodation at Fourvière Hotel  (please indicate the category, your arrival and departure dates and your full name).
