IEC is now IECnet! We now have a new logo and a new name.

We are a full member of the Forum of Firms, which is an association of international networks of accounting firms.
The Forum's goal is to promote consistent and high quality standards of financial reporting and auditing practices worldwide.

Our IECnet member, Mrs. Hiroko Sakashita was present at the World Congress of Accountants, in Kuala Lumpur, from the 8th to the 11th of November. According to the World Congress of Accountants' website, 5804 delegates had registered from around the world.

Our IECnet Asia-Pacific Regional Session took take place in Tokyo, from the 27th and 28th of January 2011. The theme was : Transnational tax including double tax treaties / China investment.
Our IECnet Africa-Middle-East Regional Session took place in Beirut on the 5th of Bebruary 2011. The themes were: Business exchanges and business encouragement measures and presentation of tenders in each present country.
