FSW / Conscienta


FSW is a middle sized partnership providing professional services in the areas of tax advisory services, accounting and audit procedures. Under the brand “Conscienta” we started a cooperation with a law firm so that we can also provide legal advice.

Conscienta has offices in Frankfurt/M, Offenbach and Darmstadt which can be reached within about 30 minutes from the international airport of Frankfurt/M

Our clients represent a cross section of many branches including medium-sized entities, public and non-profit institutions as well as multinational companies. Our services are not only provided to companies but often extend to owner-managers and their families. Together with the local chamber of commerce we assist business start ups as well as consulting cross border activities of our clients.

Conscienta is organised as a professional partnership representing tax advisers, certified public accountants, management consultants, attorneys and notary, overall about 100 persons.

Our company offers financial audit, outsourcing and accounting services, tax services, advisory transactions services as well as the whole range of legal services.

Due to the continuously extending worldwide economic cooperation we joined IEC to meet the challenges of cross border tax consultancy and audit procedures. We successfully took part in domestic and IEC peer review procedures, and are familiar with international accounting.
