DORADCA Spółka z o.o. in Lublin [a limited liability company] was established in 1990 as a company wholly owned by the Association of Accountants in Poland.

We provide top quality services in various areas including audit of financial statements, tax advisory services and bookkeeping services.

Every year we audit financial statements of approximately 300 business entities, including groups of companies and listed companies. The audits are performed in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). We also provide attestation and other services of expert auditors including external audits of investment projects co-financed with the European Union funds and attestation services in line with the provisions of the Polish Commercial Companies Code and other regulations.

We hold accreditation of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development to render advisory services concerning the implementation of EU programmes including PHARE 2002, PHARE 2003 and the Enterprise Competitiveness Operational Program.
We are a member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Partner Firm Programme.
