Founded in August 2005 by Ramakrishna Prabhu, after a very successful career with an Indian Affiliates of Grant Thornton for few years and thereafter of Baker Tilly, for over two decades of which 13 year as partner. Today the firm has two full time partner and a dozen of staff. The firm though small is following system and procedure normally followed by big firms. The firm is capable of rendering services in multiple area such as Audit, Taxation and Consultancy.
In a short span of time the firm is able to have effective arrangement with various professional firms in important cities of the country for local service. The firm is able to give personal attention to each of its client. Presently, clients of the firm include a prestigious Bank of Government of India, an Indian Subsidiary of a leading business group in UAE, Joint venture companies belong a leading Listed Diamond Business House with global presence, a 150 year old shipping services company.
We are fully geared to advice on international transaction both from taxation and foreign exchange regulation point of view. We also provide strategic business advice. We have aligned with experts in various fields who will be called upon to render service or represent our clients as and when required.
In our audit practice, we follow the internationally accepted risk based audit approach and follow the National Accounting and Assurance Standards which are by and large harmonized with the International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
